Kranj Mayor Rakovec to face SDS's Bajec in run-off

Kranj, 20 November - Matjaž Rakovec has failed to get re-elected for his second term in the first round of Sunday's local elections, securing just over 48% of the vote. He will face Ivo Bajec from the Democrats's (SDS) in the 4 December run-off. Bajec secured almost 20% of the vote.
