Referendum on long-term care act a vote of confidence, Delo says

Ljubljana, 22 November - With the triple referendum Sunday fast approaching, Delo says the referendum on the long-term care act will affect the lives of Slovenians the most. The paper notes in Tuesday's front-page commentary the need for a systematic approach to legislation on elderly care as well as sustainable sources of financing.
