Equality ombudsman finds act on social inclusion of persons with disability discriminatory

Ljubljana, 24 November - The Equality Advocate finds the act on social inclusion of persons with disability discriminatory, as persons with chronic mental illness are not eligible to receive benefits. He recommends changing the act so that these people would have access to the disability status.
