Delo says Serbia-Kosovo deal on license plates not a ray of hope

Ljubljana, 25 November - Kosovo and Serbia resolving a long-standing row over vehicle license plates does not resolve the unpleasant question of when and how the relations between the two sides will normalise, the newspaper Delo says in Friday's commentary entitled Agonising Decomposition of a 30-year-old Corpse.
