W Balkan envoy says high time for progress of Kosovo, Bosnia

Ljubljana, 26 November - Slovenia's special envoy for the Western Balkans, Anžej Frangeš, has assessed that the circumstances for reaching a final agreement to normalise the relations between Serbia and Kosovo are more favourable than ever. He also believes that the December summit is the right time for the EU to grant Bosnia-Herzegovina the candidate status.
