Food production down 2.2% in 2022, prices up 22%

Bled, 28 November - Preliminary data for 2021 and 2022 presented on Monday by the Agricultural Institute indicates that total crop production will be down 5% in Slovenia this year on 2021. While livestock production is to increase by 2%, the output of all agricultural products combined is to fall by 2.2%. The price increase in nominal terms is projected at 22.4%.
