Cigarette prices to rise in January

Ljubljana, 1 December - Cigarettes and other tobacco products will be somewhat costlier from 1 January 2023, the government decided at a session on Thursday. The price of a pack of cigarettes will rise by a few cents due to an increase in excise duties. Two more increases are expected in 2023.
