Two members of Mercator management replaced

Ljubljana, 7 December - The management of Mercator, the leading grocery group in Slovenia, owned by Croatian group Fortenova, has two new members, as Fortenova as the sole owner confirmed the appointments of Hrvoje Bošnjak and Tomislav Kramarić while Draga Cukjati and Igor Mamuza ended their terms. Tomislav Čizmić remains CEO.
