Večer says Schengen expansion decision reveals EU divisions

Ljubljana, 9 December - Commenting on the expansion of the Schengen Area, the newspaper Večer says in Friday's commentary that the EU is still divided into first- and second-class countries. Ireland and Cyprus do not even strive to join the Schengen, while Romania and Bulgaria, which met all the accession conditions back in 2011, are still in the second league.
