Health minister says Fides's strike not necessary
Brussels, 9 December - A strike that doctors and dentists have announced for January is unnecessary, Health Minister Danijel Bešič Loredan said on Friday as he spoke to the press in Brussels, where he attended a session of EU health ministers. The government has raised salaries of doctors and dentists and will start talks to overhaul the pay system in January, he said.
