NLB shareholders endorse second EUR 50m dividend payout

Ljubljana, 12 December - The shareholders of the group around Slovenia's largest bank, NLB, confirmed on Monday the second dividend payout. After EUR 50 million was paid out in June, the same amount or EUR 2.50 euro gross per share will be paid out in the second batch. The remaining EUR 358.3 million of distributable profit will remain undistributed.
