Analyst says Ukraine war decisive in granting Bosnia candidate status

Ljubljana, 13 December - An analyst has assessed for the STA that the decisive factor for the EU's decision to grant Bosnia-Herzegovina the candidate status was the war in Ukraine and the need for the bloc to close, by means of the enlargement policy, potential security pockets in the region, in particular in relation to Russia's position.
