Đorđević's age might be an obstacle to Supreme Court head appointment

Ljubljana, 19 December - The candidacy of judge Miodrag Đorđević for the new president of the Supreme Court has been endorsed by the Judicial Council, but the age of the 67-year-old candidate could prove an obstacle to his appointment. The Judicial Council stands by its decision, while a media report suggests the justice minister could have a different view.
