Referendum complaint could delay enactment of challenged laws

Ljubljana, 20 December - The Supreme Court has received one complaint against the National Electoral Commission's final report on the 27 November triple referendum, it told the STA on Tuesday. This means that the report is not final and the three laws endorsed in the referendum cannot be promulgated and take effect.

Voters cast their ballots in the 27 November referendum concerning three government bills challenged by the opposition Democrats (SDS).
