National Council vetoes changes to financial administration act

Ljubljana, 21 December - The National Council, the upper chamber of parliament, vetoed in a 28:2 vote on Wednesday the recently passed amendments to the financial administration act. The councillors were mainly bothered by the introduction of tracking devices, aimed at discovering illegal producers of products for which excise duties must be paid.
