Court to first decide if prosecutor, judges sued by Janša can be held liable for damages

Kranj, 22 December - The main hearing started at the Kranj District Court on Thursday as opposition SDS leader and ex-PM Janez Janša is suing for EUR 900,000 one prosecutor and four judges that were involved in the Patria corruption trail, as part of which Janša was sentenced to prison before the 2014 general election but the verdict was later quashed.
