Slovenian bishops condemn Rupnik's "reprehensible actions"

Ljubljana, 22 December - The Slovenian Bishops' Conference condemned on Thursday all "emotional, sexual and spiritual acts of violence and grave abuse of the sacrament of reconciliation" by Slovenian priest Marko Rupnik. The statement comes after weeks of reports the Jesuit artist abused nuns when he was their spiritual director in Slovenia in the 1990s.
