Constitutional challenge of changes to RTVS act filed

Ljubljana, 28 December - The entry into force of the changes to the RTV Slovenija law, designed to depoliticise the public broadcaster's management and oversight bodies, was accompanied on Wednesday with a Constitutional Court challenge spearheaded by RTV Slovenija programme council head Peter Gregorčič. The Culture Ministry is confident the challenge will fail.
