SDS and NSi challenge change to income tax act at top court

Ljubljana, 30 December - Following an appeal by several business and farming associations, the opposition Democratic Party (SDS) and New Slovenia (NSi) have petitioned the Constitutional Court to review changes to the income tax act that reverse key parts of a tax reform adopted under the previous government, the STA has learnt.
