The Finance Ministry said on Tuesday that Slovenia has mandated BNP Paribas, Citi, Deutsche Bank, Erste Group, Nova KBM and UniCredit "to arrange a global investor call and a series of investor meetings to present the issuer's updated sustainability bond framework". Talks with interested investors will be held this afternoon.

Slovenia issued its first sustainability bond, whose proceeds are used exclusively to finance sustainability-oriented projects, at the end of June 2021.

The issue was worth EUR 1 billion and had a maturity of ten years. The yield to maturity was 0.170% at the time of issuance, but according to business paper Finance, it is now quoted at a yield of 3.64%.
