Valerie Grenier wins giant slalom in Kranjska Gora
Kranjska Gora, 7 January - Valerie Grenier from Canada won the women's World Cup giant slalom event in Kranjska Gora, Slovenia, on Saturday, in what is her first World Cup podium result. She was in the lead also in the first run. Italian Marta Bassino placed second (+0.37) and Slovak Petra Vlhova (+0.40) third.
