Finance says central banks will be bailed out if need arises

Ljubljana, 24 January - Central banks across the EU are sliding into the red due to a combination of rising interest rates and the quantitative easing mechanism, the business newspaper Finance says in its commentary on Tuesday. If need be, central banks will be bailed out, the paper says.
