Večer says Serbia will have to choose between Europe and Russia

Ljubljana, 25 January - The West has given Serbia an ultimatum to normalise relations with Kosovo or else it will have to bid farewell to EU integration, Western subsidies and investments. Take it or leave it, there is no third way, the newspaper Večer says in Wednesday's commentary Stick for the Balkans.
