Dnevnik looks at changes in Slovenia's foreign policy

Ljubljana, 27 January - The newspaper Dnevnik comments on the consultation of Slovenian diplomats, saying the event reflected that Slovenia, as well as the entire EU, has entered a time of great changes. The government has indicated that Slovenia would no longer be going with the flow in foreign policy.
