Constitutional Court annuls automatic extension of healthcare concession

Ljubljana, 27 January - The Constitutional Court has annulled some provisions of the health services act that provide for the possibility of extending a concession for private practice almost automatically. Until amended legislation is in place, a new open call will be required to extend a 15-year concession.
