MPs pass changes to provisions on upper chamber electoral disputes

Ljubljana, 27 January - The National Assembly unanimously adopted on Friday changes to legislation governing the elections to the National Council, the upper chamber, to provide for legal recourse in the event of an election dispute in line with a 2018 Constitutional Court decision. The changes also extend the timeline of the electoral proceedings.
