Ljubljana, 6 February - The weekly Reporter comments on the arrest of two alleged Russian spies in Ljubljana in December, wondering how the news got to the press. Resulting from a tip from a foreign intelligence agency, the arrest was not the great success it was described by the government, the paper says.
