Ljubljana, 12 February - It will be mostly sunny in Slovenia on Monday with morning fog in some low-lying areas. Early morning temperatures will range from -6 to -1 degrees Celsius, standing just above freezing point on the coast, while daytime highs will range from 6 to 11 degrees, up to around 13 degrees in the western Goriška region.
