Court confirms integrity breach in fmr C-bank vice-governor case

Ljubljana, 13 February - The Administrative Court has upheld the anti-graft watchdog's decision in the case of Marko Bošnjak, a former vice-governor of Slovenia's central bank, who resigned in 2020 in the aftermath of accusations that he evaded taxes on rental income, in what the watchdog says is an important precedent.
