Dnevnik says Solomon solution on RTV not necessarily best

Ljubljana, 21 February - The newspaper Dnevnik says the Constitutional Court's decision to stay several key provisions of the amended act on public broadcaster RTV Slovenija which determine the appointment of the newly created governing council and members of the management is one of the court's more controversial decisions.
