More traffic accidents but fewer deaths in 2022
Ljubljana, 1 March - Slovenian police processed 18,714 traffic accidents in 2022, a rise of 3% from 2021, with the number of accidents with injuries and deaths increasing by 12%. The number of deaths meanwhile decreased by 25% to 85, according to the traffic safety report for 2022, released by the national Traffic Safety Agency yesterday.
