IMAD upgrades 2023 growth forecast to 1.8%

Ljubljana, 2 March - The Institute of Macroeconomic Development and Analysis (IMAD) has upgraded Slovenia's economic growth forecast for this year by 0.4 points to 1.8%, but downgraded the 2024 forecast by 0.1 point to 2.5%. In 2025, growth should reach 2.6%. Finance Minister Klemen Boštjančič said the 1.8% growth figure is "encouraging".
