Upper chamber vetoes reintroduction of compulsory receipt acceptance

Ljubljana, 2 March - The National Council vetoed in a 20:8 vote on Thursday the reintroduction of a rule under which retail businesses are obliged to give out a receipt for goods or services provided and customers are required to accept it.
