IPU report: Slovenia made major progress in parliamentary representation

Ljubljana, 7 March - Last year's general election outcome was historic for Slovenia as it resulted in women holding 40% of all seats in the lower chamber of parliament, says the International Parliamentary Union's latest report Women in Parliament 2022. The presidential election was also historic as the country elected its first woman president last year.
