Ljubljana, 8 March - The head of neurology at the UKC Ljubljana hospital has charged a EUR 6,000 personal fee for a brain surgery to a foreigner who already paid EUR 27,000 for the procedure to UKC Ljubljana, commercial broadcaster POP TV reported on Wednesday.
