Dnevnik says scholarships system for talented students broken

Ljubljana, 22 March - Dnevnik notes in Wednesday's commentary the poor situation when it comes to the Zois scholarships for talented students, saying that the state fails in taking responsibility when talent needs to be supported. The question is thus whether Slovenia can be a match to countries that compete in science and technology.
