Energy infrastructure funding
"Energy sector waiting for European money": Energy companies are gearing up to draw EU funds. The sector plans a total of EUR 10 billion in investments as part of the green transition. (front page, 4)

Recovery and Resilience Plan

The criteria according to which municipalities which will receive the funding have been picked are unclear, but there appears to have been no consideration about whether they are actually located in areas that are at high risk of flooding.
