Govt moves to simplify company registration procedures

Ljubljana, 23 March - The government endorsed on Thursday changes to the companies act that simplify the procedures for incorporating companies and subsidiaries of foreign-owned companies online. The changes also facilitate cross-border operations and corporate management, the Government Communication Office said.
