Dnevnik says anti-flood funds allocated without due procedure

Ljubljana, 24 March - The newspaper Dnevnik accuses the Water Agency of distributing EU anti-flood funds without due procedure or criteria, and without giving priority to high-risk areas, saying that this is how Slovenia has been managing flood-protection funds for years, and no one has been held accountable.
