Ministry says there is no need to reactivate retired judges any more

Ljubljana, 24 March - After the Constitutional Court declared as unconstitutional the reactivation of retired judges to help cope with excessive caseload at Slovenian courts, the Justice Ministry said on Friday that the situation has recently improved and there was no need for the reactivation of judges any more.
