The Guardian: Talks under way to exchange spies arrested in Slovenia
Ljubljana, 25 March - The Guardian has cited an unnamed source in reporting that backdoor negotiations are taking place between Moscow and western countries to exchange the two suspected Russian spies arrested in Slovenia for a person or people currently in jail in Russia.
