Weather: Mostly sunny but cold

Ljubljana, 28 March - It will be mostly sunny with north-westerly winds blowing on Tuesday, but local showers are possible in the north-east. Morning lows will drop to between -7 and -1 degrees Celsius, just above zero on the coast. During the day temperatures will range from 7 to 12 degrees, up to 14 in the western region of Primorska.
