Paper says administrative units reform should start with simpler laws

Koper, 28 March - The announced plans to reform administrative units has been met with an outcry, although it is not yet clear how exactly the reform will be carried out, the newspaper Primorske Novice says on Tuesday, adding that the Public Administration Ministry should start addressing the problems at their origin - the legislation.
