Ljubljana, 28 March - Germany's last-minute blocking of the phase-out of petrol and diesel cars from 2035 ended in a classic Brussels compromise, says Delo on Tuesday, noting that this saga shows how the green transition and farewell to fossil fuels will have an increasingly visible impact on the daily lives of Europeans.
