Prices of commercial property up 15% year-on-year
Ljubljana, 30 March - The prices of commercial property - offices and retail space - increased by a record 15% in the fourth quarter of 2022 compared to the same period in 2021. The prices have grown for the ninth consecutive quarter, this time by 3.6% compared on the quarter before, data by the Statistics Office shows.
