Record property prices but fewer transactions in 2022

Ljubljana, 31 March - Property prices reached yet another record high in Slovenia in 2022, rising by 19% in nominal terms from 2021. The number of transactions, on the other hand, decreased by 5-10%, signalling a gradual cooling of the market, the Surveying and Mapping Authority (GURS) says in the annual property market report, released on Friday.
