Večer: Winner Milatović owes a lot to pro-Serbian supporters

Ljubljana, 4 April - The newspaper Večer says on Tuesday that Jakov Milatović surprisingly defeated veteran Montenegrin politician Milo Đukanović in Sunday's presidential election, as voters ignored warnings that a vote for Milatović is a vote for Đukanović, now the longest-serving politician in the Western Balkans and beyond, from 30 years ago.
