Trade unions say raising top-up health insurance premium is absurd
Ljubljana, 6 April - After the insurer Generali announced it will increase its monthly premium of top-up health insurance by 30% as of 1 May, the ZSSS trade union confederation said on Thursday this was "absurd and unacceptable" and called for abolishing the supplementary insurance and for introducing profit taxes for insurers.
