Primorske Novice critical of grasslands rules

Koper, 7 April - The newspaper Primorske Novice comments on the farmers' protests against rules under which they would not be able to plough plots which they had not ploughed for at least five years and had turned into meadows. It says those who have came up with the rule should start using common sense.
