State-sponsored hackers could be behind cyberattack on Foreign Ministry, expert says

Ljubljana, 8 April - A Slovenian ethical hacker has told the STA that it is difficult to determine who is behind cyber attacks such as the one reported yesterday by the Slovenian Foreign Ministry. However, it is possible to say that such attacks are often carried out by teams of highly skilled hackers who may be sponsored by certain governments.
